ABOUT EXPERIENTIAL PLACEMENTS

Experiential Placement Students participate in one-to-one and group mentoring programs both in the community and in school settings. Students will integrate knowledge acquired through their post-secondary education through meaningful engagement of young people in their community.

It is important to note that Experiential Students will not be shadowing staff, working in our offices, or completing casework – the role is primarily direct support with children and youth . There may be other limited opportunities to engage in projects such as curriculum adaptation, research, outreach, and recruitment.

If this sounds like something that you’d be interested in, and it would fulfil the placement expectations of your school, please complete the short form below.
